  • All original tags must be attached.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Errors

Please check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We are committed to fixing the issue right away through a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (like food, snacks, or plants).
  • Personal care items (beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Sale items and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new, separate order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
